Other details
There is no travel fee within Marin County (up to Novato on the North, Fairfax on the West) and the entire San Francisco.
Travel fee up to San Mateo/Hillsborough, Emeryville, and Petaluma is $75.
Travel fee for San Jose, Walnut Creek, Oakland, Napa and Sonoma is $175.
